Following significant client growth across the past year, we are proud to announce the opening of our new Operations Centre known internally as the “Blue Room” referencing our Citadel Blue walls.

Located in Port Adelaide, the high-end facility will expand our current monitoring and support capabilities with extended opening hours, additional monitoring stations and more highly skilled staff.

The Operations Centre will be staffed between the hours of 8am and 6pm (ACTS) Monday to Friday, and our 24/7 Security Monitoring service will remain the same.

The reason for our extended operating hours is to allow us to service clients in different time zones, state by state, giving us the extra hour either side of the business day.
