Citadel IT is growing and with that comes new highly qualified staff members including system engineers, cybersecurity specialists and as part of our commitment to the global shortage of IT and Cyber Security specialists we regularly engage with University Graduate Interns.

“Expansion into our new Operations Centre provided an opportunity to restructure our staffing, expanding the coverage we offer and bringing in the best of the best,” said Citadel IT founder Neil Poulton.

We recently welcomed Lachlan Hayford, Sudip Sapkota and Darpan Patel as permanent staff members, as well as our newest intern Nabin Bohora starting at the end of the month.

Lachlan Hayford – Support Engineer  

Lachlan is just starting his career in IT having completed a Certificate III in Information Digital Media and Technology and is currently completing his Bachelor of IT with Uni SA. 

Sudip Sapkota – Systems Engineer  

Sudip has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology along with a Cisco CCNA certification and is skilled in network management, programming and web development.  

Darpan Patel – Business Analyst & Systems Engineer

Darpan has a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Advanced Diploma in hardware and network engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications.

Upkar Singh – Cyber Analyst  (casual)

Upkar has a Master’s in Cyber Security and his Cisco CCNA certification and provides us with a unique attention to detail which is paramount in providing high quality IT Security. 

The expansion of our team further improves our in-house offering and expertise across all areas of IT, and we can’t wait to keep growing from here.
